Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, limited-production, or specialty items may require additional processing time due to manufacturing, testing, quality control, or packaging requirements.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume sales periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

DRVS Custom Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

DRVS Custom Shop is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We reserve the right to determine replacement eligibility.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or limited-production releases.

Estimated shipping windows for these items are approximate and subject to change.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping cost deductions
